I am a make-up artist based in Essex, with my own luxury and air conditioned studio in the picturesque village of Stock, which is also home to some stunning wedding venues.
However, I cover a wider area than Essex and I am available to travel to wherever you are getting ready on the day of the wedding. I have covered weddings in London, Kent, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
Make-up Services for Destination Weddings
If you are getting married abroad, I can understand how tricky it is to try and book suppliers in a different part of the world.
Being an Essex MUA that offers services for destination weddings, means that if you book me, you can have a make-up trial in Essex in plenty of time before the wedding, giving you peace of mind that you will be really happy with the make-up look on the day. This also means that when you arrive at your wedding destination, you only need to concentrate on the things that that have to be done just before the wedding.

My favourite wedding venues in essex
This is a tough one! We are so lucky in Essex to have the most stunning wedding venues from Historic Farmhouses and Barns to Mansions and Manor Houses - there is something for everyone.

As a working bridal make-up artist, I love a venue with a well thought out Bridal Prep room, with lots of natural light and plenty of room for the hair and make-up team (and our kits!)
This means that everything on the day is really relaxed. I am delighted to be a preferred supplier at the beautiful Baddow Park House which has the most stunning, well thought out Salon to get ready in as well as having accommodation.

I am also a preferred supplier at Tuffon Hall which has a gorgeously bright and spacious farmhouse for you and your bridal party to use on the wedding morning and Old Essex Barn.

Parklands Quendon Hall and Fennes both have Hollywood mirrors providing a stylish setting for bridal make-up prep.

Highhouse Weddings is a favourite of mine to work at, with its countryside location and separate 'Dressing Room' for getting ready.

An important consideration is to find out what time you are allowed access to the venue on the day of your wedding - this is integral to the planning of the wedding morning! Sometimes it is necessary to move locations due to timing restrictions but this is something that we can work through together.
​
Having worked at so many amazing venues in Essex, I know how they operate and this really helps to keep things running smoothly on the day.
