Booking Fee

A booking fee of 25% of the total booking is required to book your wedding date into my diary. Until this has been received the booking is not confirmed and therefore the date is still available to other brides.

 

This booking fee is non-refundable but is deducted from the final balance of your wedding day make-up. If, for any reason, the booking is cancelled by the bride then the booking fee is retained by Justine Warwick to cover administration fees relating to your wedding make-up services.

Payment of the booking fee confirms acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Weekend Bookings May-August

For weekend bookings from May to August (and bank holiday weekends), a minimum charge will apply – this equates to a minimum of Bride plus 2 make-ups (unless LUXE VIP Package taken). Please contact me for further details.

Bank Holidays and Christmas

Bookings on a bank holiday or between Christmas and New Year will incur an additional fee.

​

Travel

See individual packages for details of included mileage (calculated from CM4 9LT); additional mileage is chargeable along with parking costs and toll charges.

Make-up Previews

All trials are to take place at my private make-up studio in Stock (CM4 9LT) unless previously agreed. These take place Tuesday - Friday.

If a bride is unable to have her bridal trial due to exceptional circumstances, then an additional charge will be added to the Bridal make-up on the day to allow for the extra time and consultation process that would usually take place during the trial. Please contact me for further details.

Change of Location on Wedding Day

Prices assume that wedding day make-up will be applied in one location (one set up). Some venues require the bridal party to move to another room, or some brides may choose to start getting ready at home and then moving to the venue for prep. If this is the case, please let me know so that I can include this within my timings as I will require additional time to pack away and re-set and potentially travel. There will be an additional charge for this.

Allergies

It is the client’s responsibility to advise Justine Warwick of any allergies and/or skin conditions that may affect the make-up application. This information must be provided before any make-up application takes place. Justine Warwick Make-Up Artist cannot be held responsible for any reactions to products used during or after make-up application.

Lashes

I am able to provide good quality strip or individual lashes and glue that I am confident will be suitable for the occasion. 

 

Unfortunately, I am unable to apply your own lashes unless this has been agreed in advance.

 

If you are planning to have a Lash Lift (LVL) prior to the event then it will not be possible to apply strip or individual lashes.

All Day Make-up Service

It is possible to book me for the entire day so that I am on hand throughout the day. Please contact me for further details.

Tattoo Cover

Unfortunately, I do not offer Tattoo Cover.

Changes to Booking

Should the number of make-ups change after the original booking, the client is responsible for advising Justine Warwick as soon as possible. Should numbers be increased, or timings change significantly, then this may mean another make-up artist is required (subject to availability) and there will be an additional charge for this.

 

Should numbers requiring make-up be reduced please contact Justine Warwick as soon as possible – should this occur within 3 months of the wedding date, the original quote will still apply.
