TERMS & CONDITIONS: Make-up Lessons, Masterclasses & Gift Vouchers

Any and all Make-up lesson, Masterclass bookings and Gift Voucher purchases accepted by Justine Warwick Make-up Artist (“Justine Warwick MUA”) are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Booking & Payment

• All make-up lessons and masterclasses must be booked and paid for in advance.
• A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
• The Client is responsible for full and final settlement of the total amount payable to Justine Warwick MUA. For Make-up Lessons, invoices must be paid by bank transfer within 5 days of booking unless otherwise stated.
• If payment is not received within the stated timeframe, Justine Warwick MUA reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling (1:1 Make-up Lessons)

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice must be given to reschedule a pre-arranged make-up lesson.  Please contact Justine Warwick MUA as soon as possible should you wish to reschedule.
• Clients may reschedule their make-up lesson once only, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time, or failure to attend (“no show”), will result in the full fee being retained.

Lessons may be canceled providing that at least 7 days notice is given.   In this instance, a refund may be given less deduction of a £20 admin fee.

Group Make-up Lessons & Masterclasses

• A minimum of 7 days’ notice must be given if you are unable to attend a group make-up lesson or masterclass.
• If 7 or more days’ notice is given, your place may be transferred to a future masterclass, subject to availability. This transfer may only be used once.
• If less than 7 days’ notice is given, no transfer or refund will be offered.

Lesson & Masterclass Details

• Make-up lessons and masterclasses are tailored to individual needs where applicable, focusing on techniques and products suited to the client’s age, skin type, lifestyle and preferences.
• The duration of make-up lessons and masterclasses varies depending on the service booked and will be confirmed by email.
• Clients are asked to arrive on time to ensure they receive the full experience. Late arrival may result in a shortened session.
• Make-up lessons are available by appointment Tuesday–Friday. Saturday appointments are limited and subject to availability.
• Clients attending sessions are encouraged to bring their own make-up products and tools. Professional products and tools will also be provided.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Gift vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

 

Allergies, Sensitivities & Hygiene

• It is the Client’s responsibility to inform Justine Warwick MUA of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions or medical concerns prior to attending any make-up lesson or masterclass.
• All tools and products used during lessons and masterclasses are sanitised in line with professional hygiene and industry standards.
• Justine Warwick MUA cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities or adverse responses that may occur during or after a make-up lesson or masterclass.
• The Client is responsible for any damage caused to Justine Warwick MUA’s equipment or property due to negligence.

Intellectual Property

• Any materials provided during make-up lessons or masterclasses, including handouts or digital resources, are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared or distributed without prior written permission.

Correspondence

• All correspondence shall be with Justine Warwick MUA and will be confirmed in writing by email.

Force Majeure

• Justine Warwick MUA shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such circumstances, Justine Warwick MUA reserves the right to retain the booking fee.

 

GDPR & Privacy

Justine Warwick MUA takes your privacy seriously. Personal information provided will only be used to administer your booking and deliver the services requested. From time to time, you may receive information regarding special offers or events; you may opt out of this at any time. Force Majeure

• Justine Warwick MUA shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. 

• In such circumstances, Justine Warwick MUA reserves the right to retain a booking fee.
